Digital Services Act (DSA) Compliance for xNight

As of January 31, 2024, xNight has approximately 32,000 average monthly recipients of the service in the European Union, calculated as an average over the period of the past six months in accordance with the provisions of the Digital Services Act (DSA).

The Digital Services Act (DSA) is a comprehensive set of rules regulating digital platforms within the European Union. Its primary goal is to create a safer digital space in which the fundamental rights of all users of digital services are protected. At xNight, we are fully committed to complying with all applicable EU regulations, ensuring transparency, safety, and a secure browsing environment for all our European users.

In accordance with Article 11 and Article 12 of the DSA, we have designated specific points of contact for seamless communication with Member State authorities, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services, and our users.

  • For Users (Article 12): Recipients of the service (users) can reach out for inquiries, requests, and complaints related to the Digital Services Act via email at [email protected].

3. Content Moderation and Safety Measures

xNight enforces strict content moderation policies to prevent the dissemination of illegal content. All user-generated content and uploaded media undergo rigorous review processes. We utilize automated detection tools alongside human review to ensure compliance. Any content found violating EU laws or our Terms of Service is promptly removed.

4. Transparency and Reporting

We believe in maintaining a transparent relationship with our user base and regulatory bodies. Users have the right to flag any content they believe is illegal or violates our policies. Reports are handled with utmost priority, and the reporting party is kept informed of the decision and actions taken.
